What the heck is negative thoughts?
What exactly is negative thoughts?

negativityThe majority of us know well what it is, we feel it, a few inside their guts, some in their soul, but feel it, especially whenever other people are negative. When it's inside us, we experience hopelessness, anxiety, be anxious, we feel a feeling of fear, or we tend to be miserable, nervous, pressured, manic, manic, discouraged, or just lethargic. We get ill from it.

We don't identify it as being negativity on ourselves which enables it to go rampant, unmanaged, a thing that goes wrong with us and all we can do about it is grumble, carry it, or take some pills.

In the normal everyday life we don't detect anything unique tied to the things we imagine or say, because we are so mired in negative thoughts, it's ordinary. Our days are lived in quiet (or perhaps not so quiet) desperation, and there is no arguing about that.

We're searching for a life-preserver (if we haven't already resigned,)… to pull us out from the morass we find ourselves inside.

The detrimental thinkings we're swimming in, is getting much deeper and our life-force is becoming weakened.

OK, that's the picture, it's correct so far as I can see from my own observation coming from thousands of clients' encounters through the years.

Can there be a fix? Indeed, there is.

I am aware of a few methods that reduce the amount of negative thought processes, a few are more efficient and effective than others, they're affordable and I'll write aboutthem in another post, but before I do that, there is a forewarning: there exists a downside.

99% of your negative thought processes aren't unknown by you as negative thoughts.

But what exactly is NEGATIVITY?

The definition may sound straightforward, and the simple truth is equally uncomplicated: negativity is something said, done, or sensed which lowers aliveness, that decreases life, and boosts death. There isn't any gray area: something is either life enforcing or death affirming.

A wonderful thinker, Robert Hartmann once stated that the right way to battle evil is to comprehend evil intimately.
